Walking through Pamplona

Restaurante el Merca'o, Pamplona

I was walking through Pamplona and I was attracted by a different restaurant...a restaurant that change. That every time you go is different...changing your emotions with the type of event you want. I like places that speak of where you are. Here, empty bottle aren't as simple slides but architected lattice of green glass bottles.

My only question is: What about its maintenance?
