Can clothes made of paper change the way people see their daily life and the way they relate to objects around them?
With the Paper Dolls Collection Bea Szenfeld wanted to recycle one of the most common material in our surrounding in an unexpected way. As you see the paper as an endless amount of structures and technical solutions that opens the door to new perspectives. Her intention was to experiment with a variations of paper from the stiff cardboard to the tender tissuepaper; from the strict lines of the A4-format to the pleated chaos of the paper shredder.
This collection was also the way to reuse a material that already makes people of think recycling theme in her previous design.
